New Coach
Westside Aquatics is proud to announce the hiring of Evan Maczka.
Evan is joining Maggie Nance and Adam Blakis on Westside's coaching
staff.  Evan brings a wealth of knowledge to Westside Aquatics. A
competitive swimmer for ten years, he captained his high school team
to their first divisional title.  He also coached the Amherst Triton
Swim Team in his home state of Massachusetts. After moving to Santa
Monica four years ago, he went on to acquire numerous community
college All-American certificates while competing for Santa Monica
College.

He volunteered his coaching skills at Dos Pueblos High School and was

Evan is currently the Head Swim Coach at Santa Monica High School.  He
actively continues his swimming, competing in masters' meets across
the state.

Evan will be helping with Maggie's Novice Group as well as coaching
our growing Age-Group Program.
