Hello All,
We had another great month here at Westside Aquatics. We started with 18 swimmers back in November and have grown to 28 in the last two months. Thanks to all the swimmers and parents that have been passing the good word about our swim club.
We had a few college swimmers swim with us over the break including swimmers from Brown, Pepperdine, San Diego State, The College of New Jersey and Tulane. We look forward to seeing them again in the summer as we prepare to send a team to Senior Nationals.
Past Meets
Westside Aquatics participated in the recent Winter Invitational at the Commerce Natatorium. We had some great swims including Brian Johnson qualifying for his first finals at a Senior level meet. He qualified in both the 100 and 200 back. Katie Wong, Kendall Bohn and Alexa Merz also qualified for finals. Samantha Brill made her first "Q" cut in the 100 breast. In total we had nine swimmers participate.
Fees Due
January fees our due by Monday, January 3rd. The fee schedule is as follows:
Pre-Competitive Program (For beginner swimmers coming out of lessons) $80 a month
Development Program (Swimmers ready for swim meets) $105 a month
Age Group Program (Competitive Age Group Swimmers) $115 a month
Senior Team (High School age and above) $130 a month
You can drop off the check at the pool to any of the coaches or mail it to:

College Signings
Our very own David Nonberg has signed with Carleton College of Minnesota . He is slated to add depth to their sprint program. You can find out more information on Carleton College at www.carleton.edu
Caps and Gear
We have ordered swim caps with our logo. They should be ready in a couple of weeks. Also, we will be making shirts. If you have an idea for our first t-shirt please email Coach Adam at adamblakis@gmail.com.
Order information will be distributed at the pool.
